Balcony is super spacious! And the walk to the beach is very short, about 5-7 minutes.
It was nice. Clean and well styled space, lots of towels and bedding available. View was fantastic from the balcony can see the beach and the hard rock guitar hotel had a great time !
Amazing! The Penthouse condo hosted us; a team of 5 friends as we visited Miami for end of year 2019 and gave us an opportunity to usher in 2020 in such a breathtaking, memorable way. We enjoyed the spectacular views from the balcony on the 31st floor, day and night. The Condo was incredible. Sparkling clean, with stunning interiors, well-thought out finishes and furnishings; well equipped with all we needed for our stay, creating such a homely ambiance for our home away from home. It truly transcended our expectations and for that we are grateful. We strongly recommend this, and we shall be back.
We highly recommend Nataly’s apartment to stay. Short walk to the beach, deluxe apartment view, close to grocery and shopping. Beautiful place and modern apartmentto stay. Go for it!

Alejandro place is AMAZING! It has everything you need in the place. Of course we had to cook in the big beautiful kitchen. There is a Walmart directly across the street for your convenience. Towels, bedding etc was fully stocked. This home is the best and the view is to die for. Me and my girls will be back to this beautiful clean mansion very soon. We didn’t want to go! Our stay was awesome. Alejandro checked on us doing the stay to see how everything was going. The place was just as pictured, no surprises. It was clean! The condo was spacious, the balcony was great. The location was convenient. I will stay again.
Amazing stay. Views were extraordinary and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable and stylish. 10 minutes walk to the beach. I’d definitely repeat!
Great space to accommodate multiple people. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. They have shuttles to take you to the beach as well. It was so hard to leave!!!! Lots to do and great places to eat!!!! Love SoFlo!

Alejandro’s place has a wonderful view and is very clean and comfortable. He was very responsive. The shuttle to the beach was convenient and came frequently.The great view made it worth being on a high floor. We had a great stay and would recommend this space!
