How we work
1
Consultation
Initial discussion
We start off by understanding each client’s specific needs and preferences and try to offer the best-suited
Contract signing
Once we have aligned our plans and explained how Houseys will be able to help you, we will sign a partnership agreement.
2
Preparation
Check-list
Renting out your property in the short and mid-term is a bit different from the long-term, that’s why we have prepared a list of essential (and advised) items that your property should have.
Deep cleaning
In most cases, it’s essential to do deep cleaning of the property before being able to do a photoshoot and host the first guests. Our professional and proven housekeeping team can help you with this.
Staging
Staging means to prepare the property in an esthetically pleasing way that translates well to online bookings. Small things like flowers or glass of juice looks very welcoming in the photos and provides that “home away from home” feeling.
Photoshooting
Our incredible home interior photographers have shot hundreds of short-term rental apartments and know exactly how to make the best result.
3
Online onboarding
Listing description
Once we have the photos available, we will write catching and comprehensive descriptions of your property, it’s surrounding area and other things that the guests should be aware of.
PMS
We will connect your property to our Property Management System (PMS) which will enable your property to be present on multiple booking platforms and even our direct booking website to generate commission-free bookings.
Dynamic pricing
Your property will be connected to dynamic pricing tools that constantly analyze the changes in the market and adapt your listing’s rates accordingly to provide the best result. The goal isn’t to have 100% occupancy but the highest possible income.
Guest experience tool
Your listing will be onboarded on our partner’s guest experience tool that helps to streamline and improve the check-in and check-out experiences. It’s also possible to add upsells for generating extra income, for example, welcome baskets or mid-stay cleaning service.
Performance overview
Every month you will receive a report for the previous month’s performance. You will also be able to follow the reservations on your owner dashboard whenever you want.
